When I was very young, I wanted some ice cream, so I remember drawing a picture of it and showing it to my mom. She would ask me if I wanted ice cream and I would say yes!
For this art project you will need some a round stencil and a triangle shape stencil. You can also make these shapes using WORD. First, have your child trace, color and cut out three circles. Next, trace, color and cut out a triangle shape for the cone. Ask you child if he/she would like a single, double or triple scoop. Next have your student select a flavor. In this picture, my student selected two scoops of chocolate and one scoop of strawberry. Finally, have your student glue the ice cream cone to some colored paper.
Now the fun part. Ask your child what they have. Here is an example: I have a triple scoop ice cream cone with two scoops of chocolate and one scoop of strawberry on top.
